What is the minimum fresh truffle reservation?
Fresh truffle reservations begin at 50 g for approved chef accounts, subject to the current lot.
How is fresh-truffle pricing shared?
Approved chef accounts receive the current price per gram, available grams, species, grade, and lot details through the Thursday Harvest List before reserving.
Where does Tuber House deliver?
Scheduled routes serve confirmed postal-code zones in the GTA, Waterloo Region, Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton, and Milton. Addresses outside an active zone can request a route quote.
How does delivery pricing work?

How should fresh truffles be stored?
Inspect at handoff, wrap each truffle in clean absorbent paper, place it in a sealed refrigerated container and change the paper daily. Read the storage guide.
